Waited an hour past our scheduled appt. Monday morning. Overheard slow machines, someone forgot to charge an iPad. Waiting room is crowded and sketch. Staff do not care about helping. Seems like who ever is free sits down to run reception. Look at the cabinet behind the counter when you check in - the private WiFi password is in plain sight. This is at a security identity company.
Lovely staff but the waiting room is AWFUL. Stinky cigarette aroma, marfy carpet, and it’s packed as tight as an airplane. Very uncomfortable waiting experience. I would come back anyway just because the staff is so kind.
