We are very happy and satisfied with our interactions with Trust Home Comfort. We had a hot water tank leak and they were very accommodating in fixing the issue the next day. The estimated arrival time was exactly as scheduled; others could not do the work for 3-4 days. Both Steve and Jimmy were very professional and explained everything putting us at ease. They answered all of our many questions and are very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for their great customer service and will use their services again.
Good sales people, amazing professionals and happy customer! We almost went to another company due to over the budget quote. But Steve contacted me at the last minute to change our plan to go with Trust Home Comfort. During the whole process, the communication was always easy, during the construction, they answered all my questions and provide me so much knowledge and suggestions. I definitely will recommend these amazing team, thank you for serving our house!
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Trust Home Comfort! Steven and the team (Ken and Austin) were amazing — fast, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting things done right. They carefully taped and sealed all ducting to prevent leaks and even leveled a pipe that hadn’t been installed properly by the builder. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in Edmonton!
