Mr. Akeem is the most patient, calm, sincere, helpful, understanding, professional home Physical Therapist. I have a broken femur and he has been by my side pushing and guiding me with so much encouragement along the healing/learning path to full recovery. I don't even have a big enough word so show explain my gratitude and respect. I still have a ways to go but wouldn't want anyone else to show me the way!
I found this company very unacceptable. They never gave me any information when my mom was released from the rehab center and the nurse called me an hour before she was going to show up for the first time. Only stayed for five minutes doing vitals and left trash on the floor. The second time she came, she tried to draw blood and did not succeed and left trash again, and I found the needle on the floor. Needles should not be disposed of in a trashcan to begin with they should be taken with you and disposed of properly in a sh... read more
No communication with this company at all .. Ki-ki needs better customer service skills when talking and answering questions on the phone.. being rude and barely can pronounce words ‼️do your own thing cause my therapist was here for like 30 mins did 10 minutes of work.. this place all about money…The PT supervisor and OT Supervisor do there jobs..
