To be fair the guys turned up in good time, however they miss diagnosed the fault which could have cost me a lot of money, on getting another engineer in the fault was simple, easily fixed and a relatively cheap part replacement, the guys also left the back door wide open and rubbish on my drive, will not be using again

Excellant service from the boys! We have had no hot water for little over a week and our usual plumber could not figure out what was wrong with our boiler. We called this company and the problem was sorted straight away they changed the pcb board and fan and we finnaly have hot water back. Thanks for all the help.

Brillaint service from the team and i must say a big thanks to Steve for getting the boiler back up and running. Honestly if you ever need a emergency plumber i would give this company a shout the service was outstanding.

Our boiler gave in late on a friday night and was leaking water into the downstairs apartment - one quick call to these guys and we had someone looking at it within the space of an hour! They were knowledgeable and beyond polite. They fixed the issue swiftly and took the time to explain to us what they were doing and what needed to be done to the boiler in the future.

Trust Heat / Emergency Plumber technician did a wonderful job fixing our shower faucet. They were courteous, professional and did a fast and thorough job. We live in an old home that has seen its fair share of plumbing issues and we are thankful we have reliable plumbers we can call when we need them, which seems to be often everyone that we have worked with has been excellent.
