Acabo de llamar para ver si me podrían dar un rango de precios para la venta de unas joyas de oro, y la atención de la señorita que habló fue pésimo, grosera, malhumorada y solo decía que vaya a la tienda que no me podía dar precio porque no estaba el dueño. Si no me dan un rango de precios estimados me parece innecesario ir a su tienda, si no pueden dar un rango lo más razonable es decir disculpe no hacemos este servicio por teléfono puede pasar por tienda así la atendemos. Pésima atención al cliente!
