0 stars. These people clearly have no idea what they are doing. I purchased a $20K “show car” from the trusted lot, and I was misled into believing it was mechanically sound. After just six months and two weeks, and four trips to their service department, I had to take the car to Ford, where I discovered an additional $2,300 in issues—many of which were supposedly fixed during my first two visits.
