bad communication even worse customer service
My Toyota RAV4 was in high demand, with low mileage and within the optimal range for the RAV4, 2002-2013. And it was the beautiful blue that I had prayed for! I called Salesman Dilshan, so I could arrange to view it. He was considerate, spent time with me, kind, and recommended places I could get a presale mechanic’s evaluation. Don't go in alone. Mom drove all the way to Richmond for a car that, when she got there, had significant body damage. Then the upsell. Salesman & sales manager - two young men against a single, female senior citizen pressuring with part information and expert tactics sent her out of there with a car costing $15,000 more than she had to spend, which will create a significant hardship. She doesn't even like the car. OMG.
Had a very bad experience. 1st they published 2019 model as 2020 and mileage 28000. After taking the booking amount they changed the mileage to 58000 saying they mixed up 2 cars. When I saw the Carfax the car was 2019 instead of 2020. Unprofessional staff. The girl who took the money stopped replying. With refund they took whole 12 days. I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. Beware guys.
