If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Trust Auto Repair due to its owner, Moe. From the start, Moe showed little patience when I tried to explain the issue with my vehicle’s AC. He always seemed rushed, arrogant and uninterested in hearing the full story. I brought my vehicle in to have the AC cooling issues diagnosed and repaired fully by eliminating the root cause. Great service highly recommend
I just picked my car up from Trust auto. The mechanic is such a nice man and fixed my car in the same day. He also did a flush for free when it was needed for a mistake I made. 100% recommend!!
First thing he did was give me a hard time for not telling him about a spark plug he then Charged me over 200 for a diagnosis and misdiagnosed the issue.I tried calling the shop they didn’t give me one call back made me wait all day for a call back and didn’t return my call. Cost me $206.01. Didn’t let me give them codes from reading it myself either. I came in for a ticking sound not the engine light. Tried talking to him on the phone about it after waiting the evening and all day he hung up on me.
