I had a great experience getting my oil change and brake service done. Matt, the manager, made sure I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent, and I really appreciated the excellent communication throughout. Best of all, they completed everything the very same day. It’s hard to find service that’s both efficient and genuinely customer-focused. I highly recommend Matt and his team, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Great experience. Matt at the desk was super nice and helpful. He stayed late to make sure I could drop off and pickup within my schedule. Communication via phone through the process was very clear and helpful. No pressure or BS. Brought in my 2010 Ram 3500 Cummins after struggling to find reliable diesel techs. Would not recommend this place. I brought my car in, explained the issue, and after paying the bill for the inspection to diagnose the problem I was told exactly what I had already reported. I removed the engine cover myself and immediately found a rat’s nest and damaged wiring that clearly should have been noticed during any thorough inspection. I repaired the spliced wires myself and fixed the problem. That raises serious concerns about how closely vehicles are actually being checked.

Very disappointed in this place. Went super far out of my way to come here because I was told these guys know electrical problems, well they do not, and they charge a LARGE bill for false info. I had a battery that kept dying on me, and a fuse terminal that wasn’t getting power. They charged me 400$ and told me it was my fuel pump because they didn’t bother to dig into the true issue which would’ve taken work. I have always preferred supporting businesses and have been a customer of Trust Auto and Diesel for the past 4 years for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to be charged an additional fee because I was told my aftermarket skid plate had to be removed for an oil change, even though it has a dedicated access panel designed for that purpose. After discussing the issue with Matt, I felt the charge was unjustified. As a result, I'll be taking my business back to C&T Tire and Automotive in Fort Collins.
