Great experience. Matt at the desk was super nice and helpful. He stayed late to make sure I could drop off and pickup within my schedule. Communication via phone through the process was very clear and helpful. No pressure or BS. Brought in my 2010 Ram 3500 Cummins after struggling to find reliable diesel techs. Would not recommend this place. I brought my car in, explained the issue, and after paying the bill for the inspection to diagnose the problem I was told exactly what I had already reported. I removed the engine cover myself and immediately found a rat’s nest and damaged wiring that clearly should have been noticed during any thorough inspection. I repaired the spliced wires myself and fixed the problem. That raises serious concerns about how closely vehicles are actually being checked.
Very disappointed in this place. Went super far out of my way to come here because I was told these guys know electrical problems, well they do not, and they charge a LARGE bill for false info. I had a battery that kept dying on me, and a fuse terminal that wasn’t getting power. They charged me 400$ and told me it was my fuel pump because they didn’t bother to dig into the true issue which would’ve taken work. The guys at Trust Auto are honest and reliable! I take all 6 vehicles to them for routine maintenance and for issues that I come across. They hear you out, diagnose, fix, and stand by their work! I trust no one else in the area
Took on my new for me Toyota Prius 2007. Said I will probably need a new head gasket. And shocks no pressure on getting anything done. Just advice me how to handle it to provide ways to put it off for bit. So can do it when I had the money to be able to.
