I’m a new dad, and recently it’s been tough to get back into the gym. I tried going on my own at Crunch and CLUB4 Fitness, but it’s so hard to hold myself accountable and stay consistent. This place is more than a gym, it's a family. I'm so happy I took a leap of faith and joined. I have to admit I was a little intimidated to say the least. However, I was welcomed right from the start and was quite comfortable, even though I wasn't able to accomplish every lift or complete every workout. Why? because of the people. I restarted my fitness journey with Trust Athletics in mid-June 2024 with CrossFit. 5 years before then I worked out 5-6 times a week in Crossfit, but hadn't worked out after moving to Mobile.
