I have a peculiar situation with about $11000 worth of work that needs to be done on my 2020 Subaru. Ascent. The people here really wanted to help me whether or not the outcome comes in my favor or not just the fact that they were willing to sit down, discuss it with me. Absolutely fleeced. $230/hr labor rates, double billed for transmission flush, ended up paying over $2,000 for a basic fluids service and a pair of brake pads/resurfaced rotors (not even replaced). Wouldn't ever take a car here again on my dime.

I am so happy with my Subaru experience as I lease a Forester and it is amazing. I've never driven a car that was so solid and stable no matter the road I am on. Nothing on the road can cause me to loose confidence in the Subaru Forester. I drove on a crazy split road up in northern California where I could not even see the road before me. They had one lane go left and the other right on the freeway!!! I was driving on a Luge it felt like. Thank you Suburu for letting me test drive the 2025 Suburu Outback wilderness package in Onyx green I really like how quickly the throttle response was. I also like the cargo space and the comfortable seats. They also let me drive the BRZ which was really fun to drive and was impressed on how quickly the steering responsiveness is.
