We had been taking our daughters here for a few years and had no issues. However, today we were supposed to have a filling appointment to which we kept our oldest out of school. They last minute called us and said they could no longer see us and needed to go to a general dentist. Why would you book the appointment in the first place? I will be switching my youngest after this issue. If you can’t plan a week ahead and do this last minute BS, you don’t deserve my business.
I absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. They have been amazing with my kiddos since they were 1.
I am so happy with Trussville Pediatric Dentistry!!! The front desk ladies were amazing & sweet heart. I almost got a cavity just talking to them. The doctor was very nice and informative. And the young lady who cleaned my son's teeth was the absolute best. I hate that I forgot her name. You know what I am gonna call you guys right now, to get her name she was that amazing. ( Madison )
