This was a pleasant experience while simultaneously experiencing an unpleasant experience with my sweet pet. I am undoubtedly pleased with Truss Vet Urgent Care. To have such a knowledgeable Veterinarian and welcoming Veterinarian technicians, made all the difference in the world. I was able to express the need for a larger litter box waiting for my pet’s arrival and was accommodated upon check in. I highly recommend Truss Veterinary Urgent Care. We took our cat, Jodi, in to have her eyes checked for an infection. The vet and nurse were so patient and thorough with examining our quite nervous girl. They showed compassion and care handling her, which I truly appreciated. Absolutely wonderful experience! My dog needed to be seen before our vet office could get her in. I brought her to Truss and the staff was amazing. They gave me an estimate and stayed within my budget while treating my dog. They checked on her in the days following her visit to see if she was feeling better. She ended up having to go back for another issue and they took great care of her again. It is so nice to know that Truss is there when you need them! I definitely recommend!
I just want to thank everyone at Truss. Unfortunately I brought my elderly girl, Rosie, in limp after some sort of internal rupture occurred and they took such great care to make me comfortable with the decision we had to make to let her go. We were in a private room and the technicians helping me didn’t make it feel like a medical procedure and had so much empathy for and allowed as much time as we needed for a goodbye. We urgently visited Truss Veterinary Care after our 3yo Doxie got her paws on a CBD/THC gummy that we thought was safe from her reach. I called ahead to check her in while my husband grabbed her and was already on the road heading their way. They assessed her right away and informed us of the recommended treatment. Fortunately it was determined that her case was mild and with subcutaneous hydration and anti-emetics she was able to come home within 3 hours.
