First time using Truss Vet and was impressed with the staff's efficiency and customer focused. The Vet Dr was very thorough and provided helpful information to make decisions. Great team! If there was anything I would hesitate in giving it 5 stars is the volume, not from the animals, but from the techs. It was too easy to hear detailed conversations in rooms on either side of the one I was in. Gracie says, "Thank You"!

I’ve unfortunately had to go to truss many times for my dog’s skin problems and various sudden issues, but they are always fantastic! Expect to wait sometimes, that’s the nature of them being an urgent care vet, but the care is always wonderful. Very attentive staff and the vets really listen to your concerns and want to help. Truss has been such a great resource for us when we can’t get to our regular vet on weekends or evenings! My dog even got a certificate of bravery once which was a nice touch and very cute, we always a... read more

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Truss Vet - Veterinary Urgent Care - Durham on 7/12/26. On 4th of July weekend we discovered a stray orange kitten in our backyard. With the help of a friendly Nextdoor app neighbor, we were able to borrow a trap and devise a plan. Yesterday early evening we were successful in trapping the kitten and brought over... read more

I highly recommend Truss Veterinary Urgent Care. We took our cat, Jodi, in to have her eyes checked for an infection. The vet and nurse were so patient and thorough with examining our quite nervous girl. They showed compassion and care handling her, which I truly appreciated. They are now first on our list for cat emergency visits! Sandy Ward

We had a wonderful experience at Truss Vet. Everyone was absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. Dr. Strickland was fantastic and made sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. We especially loved the bravery certificates—they were such a thoughtful and sweet touch! It really showed how much the team cares about their patients and their families. Thank you to the entire Truss Vet team for taking such great care of us. We’re so grateful and will definitely be b... read more
