I have been using Trus Pro trusses for almost 20 years- and every time I work with them, I’m reminded of why they are the premier truss company. From the in-field measurement and design all the way to the quality of the trusses when the land on the job- there is not another truss company like them!
TrusPro Inc always get the job done in a timely manner. They also have a highly qualified support team. I’ve been a customer for over 30yrs!
No issues so far and they do really do great work. If anything changes they are quick to be proactive. Love what ding them work and they take care of the entire project.
Truss Pro consistently provides great quality in their truss manufacturing and they are typically the fastest truss supplier in the area, which is especially helpful if you forget to schedule your truss delivery ahead of time. All their employees and truss designers are great to work with. I have experienced a few incidents where their customer service could have been better. But overall, I enjoy working with them and highly recommend them.
