Update 5/23/26: I see this special place every 2 weeks at this time. I enjoy the vibes each and every time. There is great convo, laughs and shared stories that will last a lifetime. I told Deborah that I usually have to curl my hair every morning after getting it done because it is flat every morning. Yesterday, I had my hair done for the first time at Truso, and I was impressed. Debora easily worked on my hair, and the outcome was excellent. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, and I was very happy with the result.
I’ve been natural since 2001. For the majority of those years I was a “straight natural”, wearing my hair bone straight 100% of the time. I like that Debora only makes one pass through the hair with the Marcel irons versus the multiple passes other stylists practice when using electrical flat irons. My hair not only gets bone straight, but silky smooth and buttery soft.
