TruSmile Veneers has a refund policy of 20 -21 days and I left a negative review due to the bad experience I have receive and because its been past the 20 days due to their policy the will only consider to give me my full refund only if I remove my opinion from Google, Facebook, and trust pilot. The email I received from them says quote "we politely and respectfully ask you to remove your reviews on Google, Facebook, and trust pilot for now and wait until we proceed with the process." My veneers broke within three weeks. I was told is soon as they were done they were going to be overnighted to me. It took three months then they did not overnight them they asked me for more money for their product breaking after three weeks. Still paid all this money to not have a product and not have a refund. Stay away from this company.
