Go with a different provider. Or if you have to go with this provider, only use corporate branded services, do not use their custom aligners. My service with them at first was frustrating, but i left feeling at least neutral to slightly positive. They quoted a time frame for my teeth, my teeth were barely out of shape. The treatment was supposed to be 6 months. On multiple visits, their custom printed aligners were printed incorrectly.
