Never had anything but good service and good advice over more than 20 years as a client. Easily the most knowledgeable insurance agency I have ever dealt with. BTW, that covers 65 years of being an insurance client with a number of other agents.
I have been with this insurance company since 2001! I will not change because they are wholesome small business with a big heart! I can call not even knowing or having my insurance card and they help me and get me on my way!
In 23 years of great service, I've never found a reason to change. Prompt, professional attention with a caring attitude. No comparison in pricing for the coverage you receive!
I found this company to be very friendly and especially helpful in assisting me in choosing the best coverage for both our vehicles and our home. It was pleasant to actually talk to a human who could explain all the nuances and their impact on premium. The folks seemed very trustworthy and seemed interested in YOUR welfare, not some kind of payment directly benefiting them own income (e.g. a bonus). Thank you to the entire Truslow Yost staff.
Truslow Yost Insurance Professionals are always there for us no matter the situation. in the event that something happens they are there to help you through it and reassure you that everything will be ok. I'm glad to be apart of the Truslow Yost Insurance Professionals/Eerie insurance family. 😁
