Been using their services all over the Tri-Cities for some time. Yesterday I went through the wash at the Blountville location and the brush ripped off my antenna from my truck. Attendants were very nice and told me to get it replaced and they would submit a claim to their main office. The manager from home office called and informed me that they would not be responsible for the damage to my vehicle stating “you should have removed it”. So beware and use this company at your own risk.
Great, clean facility with conscious employees to ensure you have your vehicle done right. They have mat vacuums, great suction on their vacuums, window cleaner and microfiber clothes to use.
Great service friendly staff. Young man named Caleb made sure everything went great with my car wash. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Been using this car wash for a couple years now. Every trip ends with a satisfying job and pleasant experience. Vacuums work well and the car always comes out looking good.
The guy working here is extremely awesome Christian was helpful we had some grease on the windshield he made sure we got it off
