No towels till my car was dry. I did vacuum and after the towels came out I was able to wipe off water around my doors. But the salt on the sides was very apparent after the sun dried it. Have to wash it again.
I do love this car wash, however… the last couple of times that I have been through the Blountville location, and the one on fort Henry drive, I have had trouble getting in and it recognizing my plate. The first time I went to Blountville, I had to end up buying a car wash because the barrier wouldn’t ever lift to let me in. At the time, I thought maybe I had bought a subscription at a different car wash and just got them confused, so I purchased a $12 wash that day and let it go. Sebastian was very helpful with assisting in choosing the car wash. The car wash was able to get all the salt off my car . Would definitely recommend.
Been using their services all over the Tri-Cities for some time. Yesterday I went through the wash at the Blountville location and the brush ripped off my antenna from my truck. Attendants were very nice and told me to get it replaced and they would submit a claim to their main office. The manager from home office called and informed me that they would not be responsible for the damage to my vehicle stating “you should have removed it”. So beware and use this company at your own risk.
Great, clean facility with conscious employees to ensure you have your vehicle done right. They have mat vacuums, great suction on their vacuums, window cleaner and microfiber clothes to use.
