My 2025 Camry was damaged while going through the tunnel wash. Front bumper on the lower left side. Cracked a piece of black trim. Only $300 to replace from Toyota, but the way I was treated has infuriated me. Was told they couldn’t see any damage after reviewing the video. In other words I was lying. This car wash once upon a time was Great! Now it is horrible! I've been a member for a while but thinking about canceling because they don't care anymore. I've noticed they've went through couple managers and the one that is there now don't give a darn unless you are a woman. When he is there helping which is quite often he don't even take the brush to the windshield 70% of the time nor will they even try to get the bugs off the front. Great place to get your car washed! You can do a month-long subscription for $13 and get your car washed everyday. Have you just several times and never had any problems with scratches and it's always a good wash. Highly recommend
As I’ve been a regular customer with a less expensive membership here and also an employee over a year ago, I’ve seen a rapid decline in equipment operation. The customer service is quite still the same the employees are super helpful. But the car wash itself doesn’t do half the job it used to. As I just recently bought the best membership they offer, The tire shine is all inside my rims and NONE on the tires. There’s still dirt on the sides of my car. And not a single bug come off.
