Losing our beloved cat, Ollie, back in April 2026 has been one of the hardest things our family has gone through. Although Truscott Animal Hospital wasn't able to care for him in his final moments because they were closed, they had cared for him throughout the years, and their compassion afterwards meant the world to us. I woke up in shambles today because my Cat had laboured breathing, it’s the day before Canada Day so it was extremely busy and still the staff accepted my cat, and showed me nothing but kindness. You can truly see the love all the doctors and assistants have for animals. Especially Dr.Meawad treated me with such kindness even though I was sobbing the whole time.
