Very professional
The vets and the support staff are very caring and responsive, and do their best to fit people in when they can. But they don't push for unnecessary tests or treatments. I think this all makes it a very busy practice so sometimes there can be a wait.
Dr. Medhat preformed 2 successful procedures on our dog Coco today! The level of care that was shown by the staff was heartwarming. They took really good care informing us on the procedure and how to take care of Coco after. They were extremely patient and answered all our questions. Thank you Dr. Medhat and all the Truscott family! We truly appreciate your care and support!
