Truscapes has been responsible for our HOA lawn maintenance. If you just need your grass cut I suppose they’re fine. But our lawns have not looked this bad in 6 years. Our sprinkler system was down for almond a year. Since it’s started to work again there has been no specific maintenance to bring our grass back up to par. I’m not picky, all of our neighbors feel the same way.

Latest damage. They have continued to try to get their big rider through gap between oak tree and yard landscaping bed. The gap is only 2 foot and runs the length of 6-8 feet.Crotons are being bent and knocked over. A piece of rebar was placed with red flags to stop this process .Today just ran right over it! ( mind you they use a hand mower on house nextdoor 30 feet away) May have cost you at very least a new blade. This is latest in years long damage. Now gate to fenced in yard is not being secured and dogs getting out... read more

This company does a poor job on mowing and edging. I had them come back and do a better job and they also messed up the latch on my gate. I asked them to fix it and even sent them a picture of the guy trying to fix it after he messed it up but he did not fix it. They said it must of been like that already. I said I watched them mess it up. keep in mind this is a $1 or $2 fix and they refuse to do it. I fixed it myself but beware of any company that is going to dodge a $2 fix and make it difficult for customers. Pretty sad.
