Our community uses Tru Scapes and they are terrible. There is never a representative here. No one speaks English. They drive their giant mowers as fast as they can go. They run over peoples plantings and even community property. They're supposed to fertilize and bug prevention our lawns. Only when the lawns die and people complain do they come and treat them. By then it's to late. They leave cans, bottle caps, wrappers, chicken bones in our common space that they use for lunch. Just pick up after yourselves. They trim bushes... read more

I read all the negative comments and wonder my experience is so much different. The HOA I'm president of the last 4 yesrs, has had nothing but positive experience with Truscapes. I have no problem recommending and referring them.to others.

Don't hire this company to do your yard. They won't own up to mistakes they make in your yard. They cut one of the lines on my AC unit causing all the freon to leak out, costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs due to their negligence.

Very unprofessional on how they pack their work truck.. I was on 75 something flew out of their truck and smashed my windshield. If it would of went in my truck my daughter would have been hurt. Obviously they took no respect in making sure others were safe on the highway while they sped away doing over 90mph. Now I had to make a claim with my insurance becaise those 3 guys in that truck. Let's add the work I can't do the day they are fixing my truck.
