I had an amazing experience from the beginning. Alfredo, was my 1st contact.the nicest, kindest and he cares about each of his customers. He will go the extra mile through the complete roofing experience. I highly recommend TruRoof.
TruRoof did a great job for us. We worked with Ben Monsetaro. He never promised anything he could not provide (such as promising he could get insurance to pay for it when obviously it was just old age). He took lots of photos to show us why we needed the roof, the installation process and final results. The installation crew were efficient, did everything they could to protect the property and keep it clean.
I highly recommend Truroof. Brandon and Kirstyn have always been responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’m impressed with their professionalism, communication, and commitment to taking care of people. It’s clear they take pride in their work and their customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
