Reception is a joke — one woman in particular; the way she speaks to patients is absolutely disgusting and condescending. If you miss a singular phone call to book an appointment; which is now overdue to their gross negligence — good luck getting through to anyone; and when you do? Prepare for a verbal lashing about how they’re ’extremely busy' and the phones are 'constantly ringing off the hook' throughout the day! So far the Doctor and staff have been great in person but reception absolutely suck at answering the phone. The last time I made an appointment I had to call 15 times in a row before someone would answer. I have to make emergency appointments due to my treatment so this is very tiresome.
Dr. Parr is great. Reception not so much. They called to cancel my appointment date and said they’d need to give me another date. I called multiple times and they never answer and make it very clear they don’t listen to voicemails. Then after hours a few days beforehand I got a call from a robot to approve an appointment date and time I never agreed to. I work 2 jobs and took the day off for my original appointment. Sooooo frustrating.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Parr. On my first visit she demanded a endometrial biopsy. When I asked her for some kind of pain control she told me that wasn’t offered at the clinic and a different appointment would be necessary and that would take a lot of time and I felt pressured to agree to have a painful procedure completed to make the doctor happy.
