I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Parr. On my first visit she demanded a endometrial biopsy. When I asked her for some kind of pain control she told me that wasn’t offered at the clinic and a different appointment would be necessary and that would take a lot of time and I felt pressured to agree to have a painful procedure completed to make the doctor happy. My wife has had nothing but issues with this clinic. They do not pick up the phone so getting appointments or prescription refills is impossible. People shouldn't have to skip medication because the receptionist doesn't know how to answer a phone.... I even tried calling on repeat during buisness hours multiple times (at times for 15 minutes in a row) and still nothing.
Dr. Parr has been amazing during my pregnancy journey, easy to talk to about anything and even though I had a rough pregnancy she made it much easier. Hope to have her again if I ever decide to have more kids in the future.
Great office staff and doctors! Caring and professional!
