Their website needs updated for hours because they are not open at 9am
I called to make an appointment left a msg,and got a call back within 30 minutes. I got an appointment for the same evening. The Dr was nice & took the time to listen to all of my ailments. Prescribed me medication & wrote me bloodwork papers. All in all a good experience.
This is the absolute worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Sharma is rude and incompetent. He will not listen to what you have to say and will not take into account any of your concerns. Nobody will answer the phone, not once, and despite what the voicemail message says they will never call you back to make an appointment. Your only option (if you still want to subject yourself to Dr. Sharma’s shambles he calls a practice) is to go in during their open hours and make an appointment for a later date. This is a walk in clinic. dr Sharma works full time, and does extra on his off time. He pushes the pace he wants to help as many people as possible!! If you have serious conditions, or some that require machines go to the hospital. He has no bedside manner but who cares he's a good doctor willing to help. If you have to wait it means it was busy! Though I will admit calling is a waste of time unless you want to know the hours they are open.
The wait time wasn't bad. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr Sharma seemed like he was trying to beat the Guinness world record of seeing the most patients in a day. He didn't take time to really listen to what was going on. I was in his office for no more than 5 minutes if that. I don't think I'll be going back.
