Had a follow up appointment priced as $0.00, leading us to believe we would not be charged for it. $107 later, that turned out to be false. Very misleading and very overpriced for a 20 minute appointment. Not happy to say the least and needs better communication. Staff is lovely but company overcharges and screws customers over wherever they can.
Great service once seen but typically wait an extra 10-20 minutes after appointment was supposed to start. Update - they also make you take a check up appointment that you have ro pay for and do not tell you ahead of time. Follow up was not needed and was an extra $100 I did not need to spend.
