Even when you call before or at the very very start of business hours, they won’t answer until they inform you all the appointments have been filled up (even though they supposedly just opened half an hour ago). You can’t leave a voicemail requesting an appointment and you can’t make an appointment in person; your only option is the phone and they never pick it up until it’s too late. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews but wow..
Nobody has been answering the phone at all during the month of May 2023. I was able to see a very helpful and considerate NP at this clinic in March 2023 BECAUSE SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I was late for my appointment in March by about 5 minutes because google displays the wrong address for the clinic. It’s not on Prince Street, it’s on Willow Street.
