I am grateful to have received very helpful and timely care from a nurse practitioner at Lawntons Primary care clinic in Truro. They are doing their best triage approach with the many people who don’t have a family doctor.
Don’t waste your time. They don’t answer phones. Glad this was suggested to me after my doctor retired, super helpful!! Love going to voicemail (that isn’t in service) 37382 times during PHONE HOURS.
Even when you call before or at the very very start of business hours, they won’t answer until they inform you all the appointments have been filled up (even though they supposedly just opened half an hour ago). You can’t leave a voicemail requesting an appointment and you can’t make an appointment in person; your only option is the phone and they never pick it up until it’s too late. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews but wow..
