This periodontist office is somewhat entitled, refuse to work with my insurance plan and the procedure they require for me to be covered…absolutely refused to follow through on what is required so I could be covered…was told that they have a busy practice and didn’t have the time to simple wait on the phone with my insurance company to straighten out how they bill my insurance plan…treated me just like a number who couldn’t pay…I have had the same coverage for 25 plus years and never had a problem until recently when people ... read more
I was extremely nervous for my appointment but the staff here were so kind and caring that all of that disappeared quickly. I had never had such a deep clean on my teeth before and Beverly did a great job keeping me calm and relaxed and answering any of my questions. Thank you so much for making my dentist trip so pleasant!!
If I could leave a zero review if I could,I didn’t even get to have a physical experience they canceled my appointment a week before my original appointment and rebooked it then for my rebooked appointment they couldn’t be bothered to answer their phone when I tried to call them to confirm my appointment TWICE so they cancelled after I let my work know I had an appointment,absolutely terrible don’t even waste your time
