What a terrible company to deal with. They will even lie if it suits them to cover their backs. The service manager will hide behind his desk and even lie to Nissan to cover himself. A good friend of mine called me when he had his car in for warranty work. First they said it wasnt under warranty, but it actually was then they lied. They dont gice loaners but according to Nissan they should have given him a rental. I brought my 2023 Nissan rogue to Truro Nissan yesterday for a regular maintenance oil change. I was told by the service manager that the plug to my oil pan was stripped completely and caused the seal to separate from the pan and the gasket due to the bolts being to tight. My warranty would not cover it due to it being a man made damage. I have always brought my car to Truro Nissan or Amherst Nissan.
