What a terrible company to deal with. They will even lie if it suits them to cover their backs. The service manager will hide behind his desk and even lie to Nissan to cover himself. A good friend of mine called me when he had his car in for warranty work. First they said it wasnt under warranty, but it actually was then they lied. They dont gice loaners but according to Nissan they should have given him a rental. I brought my 2023 Nissan rogue to Truro Nissan yesterday for a regular maintenance oil change. I was told by the service manager that the plug to my oil pan was stripped completely and caused the seal to separate from the pan and the gasket due to the bolts being to tight. My warranty would not cover it due to it being a man made damage. I have always brought my car to Truro Nissan or Amherst Nissan. I bought a Nissan kicks last week and have to say that was the best experience I’ve had buying a car , from (Salesman)Blake who was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with to financial (Larissa) who also professional and explained everything to me in plain language lol and friendly, it was like a family environment at Nissan which took the nervousness away from buying a new car.
Not impressed. New car, about 8 months old. Warped rotors? Approx 40k on it. Not covered under any warranty. They blame me for warped rotors but the brake pads are fine. They said I must ride the brakes but I had the same car with 300000 km on it and never warped those rotors. They said maybe the car sat awhile and that warped the rotors.. but i know that didn't happen. And the car with 300k on it.. they said it needed a new motor. So we bought a new car.
