First time ever in this store had to pick up a hot water heater. The two ladies that I don't work were two of the most knowledgeable people I've ever dealt with in a hardware store. They knew exactly what I was asking for and knew exactly what I needed to know and told me before I even asked. Absolutely amazing store. Incredible staff. Incredible knowledge. Absolutely stellar place to shop
Thousands spent here with the plan to do a few projects next year. All they proceed to do is argue over a mistake they MADE & not honor their own mistakes. management is bad & customer service is horrendous. Just dont bother going here anymore
