We were in to Home Hardware Truro, on Robie Street on Friday and met one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and helpful employees. We purchased an Electrolux washer from him. He's from India and I can't spell his name correctly,.but it's something like Shagun. Home Hardware is a better store with a young man like him. He works at Customer Service. At least he was on Friday. Actually we were quite impressed with the entire store and each employee we came into contact with.
Was In today to return an item , awful customer service. The girl was rude, made me feel I wasn’t valued.
Personally, I am a very peace-loving person. Even when someone gets angry with me, I try to respond with calmness and composure. However, the manager at this location truly tested my patience. Just as I dislike being treated disrespectfully, I also dislike seeing others being treated poorly because of a perceived position of superiority at work. The manager was very rude to her employees… they were chatting with each other and it seemed like a nice friendly working environment but she didn’t seem to think so. I had great help from the employees and they were very nice to me despite their Debbie Downer manager.
