I have today had the 2nd of 2 dental works carried out here. I had a bad experience with a dentist a few years ago so avoided them. However as not getting any younger decided I needed to get my teeth in order. After extensive research & recommendations I booked in with Truro Dental Health. Been with the surgery for 12 years now, amazing staff from reception and upstairs, miles and alana are always very friendly and welcoming, put you at ease, I'm very lucky to be a patient at truro dental health, thank you for everything that you do for me, it's very much appreciated. I have been with this dental practice for over 30 years and can honestly say that I have received the utmost professional and quality care throughout.... with my fear of dentists from childhood accommodated by Fergus and Adam who have put me at ease and Rachel, the hygienist who scales my teeth by hand to avoid my sensitivity problems to avoid pain. The reception staff and dental nurses are all lovely and very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone I know. Thank you Ros Jones
I had to collect an 87 year old gent I help care for who had been butchered (theres no other word for it) for 2 hours in a failed attempt to extract a wisdom tooth, his lip was so swollen it he could barely talk (why was his LIP injured so badly!) Told to come back in 2 weeks, (an 87 year old who has to use public transport!) If it weren't for him not wanting it I would be instructing solicitors to sue, never seen such neglect, let alone of an elderly man.
I'm delighted with the sticky bridge that Jessica Kent put in for me today. Jessica is always very thorough and takes great care of her patients. Thank you.
