All the staff is great. Especially Jonah. She is the BEST! But last time massage started 5 mins after the booked time and finished 5 minutes early. I always book 90 minutes so felt like being a regular, extra attention should be paid to loyal clients. Otherwise, I have been going there for over 3 years and had no major complaints. Have recommended them to all friends and family and brought in atleast 6 new clients
I've been going to Tru Relief for years now and I'm not planning on making any changes and I highly recommend them to all my friends. They are honestly the best. Shibing, Senia, Priscilla, Jona... they are all amazing. Kathy is such a great and welcoming presence at the front. Each time I book a massage I know I will leave fully relaxed.
I really enjoyed my treatments here and felt I owed them a review. Went in December to use up my expiring benefits. The location is very convenient and their rates are best in the area, no wonder they were crazy busy. I had a wonderful massage with Anne. I had an amazing experience here! My visit was handled with exceptional customer service. The atmosphere was very calm and therapeutic, and the massage was done with great care and skill. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.
I had a great experience at TruRelief. My massage therapist, Senia, did an amazing job working on my upper and lower back. I’ve been struggling with sciatic pain, and she really helped relieve the tension and make me feel so much better. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. I left feeling relaxed and with noticeably less pain. Highly recommend!
