Requesting the therapist to adjust the pressure in private & giving an opportunity to fix it, upset them. Then it's a you problem! Appreciate you reinforcing your true customer treatment! :) Even though my husband got a bad massage from another therapist just when they opened up. Wow!! An amazing place for a deep tissue massage, cannot recommend enough. Jessabel is very accommodating and strong with her practice. She's always ensuring your needs are met and knows what the body needs. Came out of the appointment feeling like I have more range of motion than before. So refreshing! If I could stay longer than 90minutes Swedish massage, I WOULD! I visited the place for the first time today. I randomly chose one of the service givers (SENIA) out of many who work over there. What a luck! Enjoyed every seconds of receiving my massage from her as she was not only polite, professional and accurate but also very friendly and funny. Senia is excellent so is the place. Highly recommended for anyone to pay a visit! Thank you so much! See you again!
I had here my first hot stone massage. This was amazing. Sort light, calm music and the warm stones gently melted away all the tension in my body, leaving me deeply relaxed and refreshed. A huge thank you to the therapist Jona for being so attentive and professional. Every detail was perfect — from the temperature of the stones to the calming atmosphere in the room.
Not the best experience for my first massage. The environment was not particularly pleasant — the table was not heated, there were no calming elements such as essential oils, and the atmosphere lacked the relaxing ambiance I have experienced with other providers. The constant ticking of the clock was quite distracting; replacing it with a digital one would greatly improve the experience.
