From the beginning, speaking with Carol, who is very knowledgable and all the hard workers she sent to the home to take care of our situation. I paid for them to go into a house to do testing. I did not live at this house but had it court ordered that the whole house should be tested. When they went out, the tenants refused then access to a location that needed to be tested. They did not call to let me know or anything and proceeded with the tests. Had they, I would have told them not to complete the service as I will now have to have someone go back out and will now have to pay another control sample. Answered the phone promptly, scheduled service quickly, communication was excellent Work was done as promised, on time and done right They did the job exactly as the estimate, they were kind courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend Tru Pro Restoration ten stars **********
