Was we preferred by my home warranty?Came out Saw, the problem was, told someone else was gonna come out and never did and charge my home warranty.The fee and I was not able to get my refund back.Poor service. Seriously what a joke of a company, this company ran some electric outlets for my friends pool and now their pool lights don’t work. How can a company be so incompetent?
I truly believe I owe it to Trupower Electric to write this review. They were sent to me by my home warranty company after experiencing issues with our electric panel which we ended up needing a new one. Quinn and his team were very nice, prompt and very caring when dealing with this issue. Our electric company made the process of getting a new panel installed very difficult. I met this company through having some warranty work done on an outlet that had gone bad. We had them quote adding a couple outlets out by our pool on our dime. The original warranty work required a 2nd visit so I adjusted my work schedule to accommodate. When the time came for them to show up nothing, so I called him, he had an excuse about email problems for being 2 hours late but I guess that must have also affected his phone because he sure didn't call me to let me know.
