I used TruPayroll for several years and sold my business 02/15/2018. I payed Al Wagner through the April of 2018 to finish my quarterly payroll taxes and also for the end of the year to send out W2's and payroll taxes that he held in escrow. He NEVER payed my taxes and I am now receiving letters from the IRS. I have sent him several emails and left multiple voicemails over the past 6 MONTHS without a reply.
