I am not sure what happened .... it started out too good to be true and greatly appreciated the time (Austin, Callie, & Greg) took explain a possible plan for a family member who was in a crisis. When she was not accepted to the first program, the communication aftwr that lacked. Austin and Greg reassured me they were still looking and would do everything they could for my family member, no one called me back. I spoke with a representative of Trupath named Chris. He took down lots of information then had someone else call me with recommendations. I wasn't interested in the specific recommendation they seemed stuck on and our call was disconnected after I'd made that clear. I wasn't sure if the call had dropped or if they hung up when I wouldn't agree to what they wanted me to do. But since I could see that we were not going to agree, I didn't attempt to call them back. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to better themselves and better their life. Everybody that works here has a good heart and good intentions & has made it their mission to make you comfortable and make this process as easy/simple as possible. And the best part about this place is it the people that work here have also been in the same shoes that you’re in, so it makes it a lot easier to relate to the staff, and talk with the staff, which in turn, makes the stay here a lot easier and a lot more comfortable. ... read more
