RecommendedWhile I usually appreciate the great customer service, I am pissed off that I arrived 3 minutes from closing and they already locked the doors and closed the drive thru even though they knew I was on my way to withdraw a fairly large sum. 1 hour trip wasted and couldn't buy my car tonight and had to bum a ride. very unprofessional

We recently did some refinancing and took out a couple other loans and Krista Musselman from the Marquette branch was absolutely amazing!!! She always went above and beyond for us and she worked everything out as we needed it! Amazing service! We will be staying with Trunorth for many years to come!! Thank you, thank you Krista! I just had my debit card hacked. All my accounts were drained. I was a complete mess. Walked in the door crying and they totally took care of everything!!!! So eternally grateful!!!!

Huge thanks to Rachel for being so patient and helpful with me yesterday. I had carpal tunnel surgery done and am unable to use my dominant hand; Rachel paid extra attention to make sure she helped me in getting my loose change where it needed to go and went out of her way to simply make the rest of my banking as easy as possible. Thank you for going above and beyond! I am always impressed with the kindness of all employees!
In from out of town and tried withdrawing money from the ATM. They tried charging $5! I confirmed this inside. Went down to Honor Credit Union and got charged NOTHING. All Credit Unions are usually affiliated to expand ATM usage so credit union customers pay no fees. Check out Honor Credit Union if you're looking for good service.
