Berni did not help me at all! She did an intake only. My lawyer won’t respond to me regarding working with her. Since she can’t perform any services at all I asked her for some kind of refund because there is no possibility for their to be any kind of outcome and the contract does not prohibit her from giving me some kind of return. I am a single mom who was disabled by domestic violence and I am struggling financially.
Berni was wonderful through the entire process of my divorce. I was so angry and hurt by my husband's betrayal to me, our marriage of 40 yrs, our adult children and extended family.
