I am 75 years old and I was able to set most of it up by myself. I will be using it for the first time at the end of October when my sister and I will go car camping in a state park.
Very well built and sets up super easy, so far, I've used it in Yosemite, lost track of time on my bike ride and I was able to pack up and check out in a few minutes. It fit nicely in my Dodge Hornet GTplus with the seats moved up of course. It's awesome!
Wonderful experience! Grant showed us the set up for a Double Blitz bed designed for a Toyota Sienna 4th generation. The product looked great and Grant was super accommodating. He patiently explained all the features of the bed and answered all our questions. He also advised us about different configurations we might consider. No pressure. I Haven’t used the product but wanted to share my positive experience with the customer service these folks provided. I ordered a blitzbed, but just after it shipped I had to unexpectedly change up my transport such that the blitzbed would no longer work for me. I contacted TrunkMate to ask about a return and they couldn’t have been nicer. Modern workmanship and old fashioned company values. That's about how I would sum up my experience with Trunk Mate. With extreme care taken in shipping the product arrived in perfect condition. I have to say the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. But also, just as important, everyone that I talked to in the company was so helpful and just cool!
