Appraiser that was removed from panel by they after an injury. Lender kept calling asking why we were not receiving orders. Management company decided who the lender would use. Have filed complaint with the state

TrUnion Appraisal Services is an excellent AMC to work with. The quarterly webinars they offer are very informative. I look forward to continued success working with TrUnion Appraisal Services.
Very unhappy with appraisal. I believe he should keep his personal preferences to himself, not use them on his job. According to him my house square footage went down just because he did not like the family room that has many memories on the walls and the carpet was pulled up.
