My husband and I have used Dr. Ho several times for medical needs since he came to Lufkin about five years ago. He is patient, caring and knowledgeable with his profession. We both highly recommend him for surgical needs! His Office Manager, Debbie is excellent, as well…when you finally get to her. Unfortunately, CHI’s methodology of appointment making leaves one almost saying bad words! One of the ladies, bless her soul, shouldn’t be working the phones, as she is slow, hard of hearing and doesn’t get the needed information ... read more
The staff is friendly and in a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Ho is very personable with a caring method in the exam room. He is also young, tall, and attractive.
Ver pleasant experience. Dr Ho and his staff couldn't have been nicer. Dr Ho was very good what he was doing to my hand and what to expect going forward.
The office staff and nurses are kind and efficient. The doctor is professional at all times… but caring and a good communicator.
