Dr. Pham is great but his front desk staff are rude and incompetent. They will definitely be the reason he loses patients if not changed!
Attend this office at your own risk! Dr. Pham does not listen to his patients, he believes everything is in someone's imagination until you get a second opinion and prove him wrong. Dr. Pham believes patients do not need to see any other specialities because he can cure it all. Dr. Pham's PA (Jeffery) provides good care but when Dr. Pham sees you in place of Jeffery he will change Jeffery's recommendations even if it's working.
