Trumpington made me feel like a bride! I was getting very stressed about finding the right dress and about planning my wedding in general when I came here. Believe it or not, I was dreading going shopping for a wedding dress. Kathy took care of me from the moment I walked in and helped me narrow down my options to the perfect dress for me. After receiving special treatment and respect from Trumpington Bridal, I would never recommend any chain store. They truly enhance your experience, personalize it, and actually remember you. I just found my dress at Trumpington last weekend, and it could not have gone any better. First off, the day my appointment was scheduled, a huge snow storm was hitting Columbus. I had already been in Westerville for a previous dress appointment, so I called Trumpington to see if they could squeeze me in sooner so I didn't have to cancel my later appointment because of the roads. even though I'm probably not going to go with a dress from this place, it has nothing to do with their selection, prices, designers or service. They have a wide selection of some amazing designers, the prices are very reasonable and the service was excellent! There was probably 6 employees all focused on me, but at the same time they weren't overwhelming me. It was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dress.
