Originally they did a great job the first time I came here but the second was really traumatizing to my hair. I can’t sugar coat it. I called and asked for my money back but only received $100 which is better than nothing. My hair was brushed after being bleached & wet, from the top to the bottom, I could see pieces of my hair flying through the air, banding, orange, just really poor work.
