Many of the 5-star reviews appear to have been posted by management or individuals who are not actual parents of children enrolled at this center. It is disappointing to see what seems to be a misrepresentation of the experiences families and employees have had. Pay close attention to the wording of those reviews. This location has potential, but leadership and clinical team are concerning and better clinical training and oversight is needed across the ACD and Mid levels. The ACD will not provide feedback when mid levels or BT are engaging in practices that are harmful or considered abuse. The location needs better ventilation and families have expressed concerns regarding the temperature of the building when picking up their children. I wish I could give 0 stars. Whoever is responsible should ensure the environment is consistently clean and professional. I give 2.5 stars for now. I wouldn’t recommend this place yet it clearly needs improvement and better direction.

Excellent clinical staff, positive culture amongst the RBTs, and a lovely facility. Oversight by the larger parent company, Bluesprig Pediatrics, ensures best practices in staff training and clinical services.
