It’s been more than 3 months. No improvement that I can see. Therapists call out everyday which I don’t think is very professional. Very young therapist who are not focused, dedicated and not sure even if are trained enough for their job. I gave my feedback already to the administration who tells me they let higher people know who I don’t know about. Nothing has been done to resolve any of it so far!
My child when there for 3 years , I don’t see any big changes, therapist quit more often, new therapist have 0 experience to deal with special kid and also if I have change schedule or any questions I have to call out of state billing n scheduling team , that’s suck .
The kids, RBTs, and staff are phenomenal. The only issue with Trumpet is their recruiting staff. They will promise anything to get you in the door, but immediately you'll realize nothing they promised you is accurate, whether it's hours, pay, benefits, etc. There's always a catch or some reason you don't qualify for this or that. I've never been part of a team that is more compassionate, loving, and caring for both their clients and their teammates!
My two sons have attended ABA here since they were 3 and 18 months old. We truly trust this place as both of our kids were non verbal and they have helped both our kids transition and grow. Currently our kids are attending ABA at home with Trumpet services and half day at school. The caring staff is amazing and the Senior Clinician always has gone above and beyond for our kids safety and services needed. I would never trust another place other than this one.
