Tammy and staff were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable.
Very poor conduct. Rude. Told me to calm down when asked for "the name" rather than my name. But they've taken an erroneous serious action against me. Of course I'm upset. Then they hung up on me and won't answer the phone again. Will be calling the state bar now because they're not answering the phone. These people put a lien on my property without verifying that the information they got about my supposed debt was even true. And they told me they don't need to.
