In 2016 I fractured my ankle while mountain biking. As someone who enjoys the outdoors, I was very concerned that moving forward any activities moving forward would have to be scaled back. Thankfully I worked with the therapist at TruMove and they specifically tailored my PT towards being active outdoors and getting back to my favorite activities - mountain biking, hiking and running. Drew focuses on addressing the cause of the pain rather treating just the pain. He personalized exercises for my chronic neck problem few years ago and I continue to do them religiously 2- 3 times a week. It has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been to TruMove for shoulder pain that was limiting my swimming, as well as for dry needling on my back. They’ve been prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable every time. I won’t hesitate to return when necessary.
