You have done such a wonderful job updating the mall, too bad your character interactions ie Santa and the Easter bunny have gone considerably down hill. First you hire a Santa with an eye disorder who is unable to look straight into the camera and now as my daughter approachs the 40 minute mark waiting for her picture with the Easter bunny I am appalled there is only ONE person working this activity.
