Poor service. Arrive unannounced with packages that are specifically set up for signature only bulky delivery/ scheduled drops. No time allowed for setting up delivery with customers. Charge client for returns and restocking without warning. No voice mails on their extensions to reach customer service. They blame the client for failures. Avoid this company at all cost, make sure your product is not shipped by them (ask the seller).
This company is clearly in an industry where it can secure contracts with cut rate service, and then make the consumer pay a price for its poor service. They returned my product to seller on Amazon after less than 3 business days, and are now attempting to collect a $100 shipping fee and a $130 restocking fee.
